Afro-descendents Network for Applied Research
The Regional Network for Research and Promotion of Equity Policies is a project based in Montevideo, Uruguay, with chapters in Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, Panamá and Perú (2006-2008). Since its emergence, CDF has been providing consultancy and advisory services to this network of researchers devoted to monitor the challenges of racism in the region and to produce and advocate for equity policies aimed at its eradication.

CDF consultants provided, in cooperation with Human Rights Internet, two training courses on the use of new information technologies for civil society organizations based in Eastern Europe as well as in Asia, Africa, and Latin America (2002 and 2003)
Latin American Partnerships
This was one of the first activities of CDF. From 2001 and up to 2003, also in partnership with Human Rights Internet (HRI). CDF developed websites for 15 Latin American civil society organizations while HRI later hosted them in their portal.
